10:00am to Noon: Check-in and warm-up runs

12:00pm to 12:30pm: Assemble for program announcements

12:30pm to 4:00pm: Pitch session on America Chair and in lodge

1:00pm to 5:00pm: Adaptive Ski School open house

4:00pm to 5:00pm: Networking time in lodge

5:00pm to 7:00pm: Food and beverage, awards, silent auction

Pro Tips for an Amazing Day!

• Upon arrival, all participants must check in
• All founders and investors will be assigned uniquely colored racing bibs
• Skiers and Snowboarders will be given a lift ticket
• Helmets are required to ride the chairlifts
• Gear — including helmets, is available in the Sky Tavern rental shop
• All participants will be given a lunch voucher that can be redeemed in the lodge anytime
• Please refrain from consuming alcohol until skiing, snowboarding and pitching concludes at 4:00pm
• Food, beer, wine and soft drinks will be served beginning at 5:00pm and are included with your ticket
• A silent auction will begin in the lodge at 4:00pm
• The mountain roads can be treacherous at night especially when it’s snowing and we will help coordinate safe transportation
